Details

Join our team and contribute to efficient drilling operations by assisting in equipment handling, safety compliance, and maintenance.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and participate in emergency drills.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment with proper use of PPE.

Maintenance and Operations

• Assist in operating drilling equipment, including pumps and hoists.
• Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of tools and machinery.
• Document operational data and report anomalies.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Driller and Rig Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance to junior crew members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of drilling equipment.
• Certifications such as IWCF/IADC Well Control, H2S Awareness, and First Aid/CPR are required.

HSE Specialist – Bahrain

Details

Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across operations.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance safety measures.

Compliance and Emergency Response
