Job Description:
As the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing Finance and Supply Chain functions. You will ensure the development of relevant financial information and timely financial budgeting and planning, while managing and controlling the organization's financial processes, leading a culture of financial stewardship that balances strategic alignment with innovation.
Requirements:
- MBA and/or ACA/CPA (or international equivalent) with strong financial management and numerical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of management and financial accounting, planning, and analysis.
- Experience in capital markets, treasury, and currency exchange management.
- Sound knowledge and evidence of best financial strategies in a commercial/charity environment.
- Leadership and change management skills: proven senior management experience in a complex environment.
- A deep personal commitment to World Vision’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

As the Chief Collaboration Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of key functions within the Global Centre (GC) to drive collaboration, alignment, and risk mitigation. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, playing a key role in driving a culture aligned with World Vision’s core values.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in economics, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A deep personal commitment to World Vision’s vision, mission, and core values.
- 15+ years of executive-level experience in global organizations.
- Field and humanitarian experience.
- Experience in leading change management in large organizations.
- Extensive international experience and comfort in working across cultures.
- Leadership experience in both INGOs and large multinational corporations.

بصفتك المدير المالي التنفيذي، ستكون مسؤولًا عن توفير القيادة الاستراتيجية والإشراف على وظائف المالية وسلسلة التوريد. ستحرص على تطوير المعلومات المالية ذات الصلة وضمان التخطيط والميزانية المالية في الوقت المناسب. كما ستدير وتتحكم في العمليات المالية للمنظمة، وتقود ثقافة من الرعاية المالية التي توازن بين التوافق الاستراتيجي والابتكار والإبداع.
المتطلبات:
- درجة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال و/أو ACA/CPA (أو معادلات دولية) مع مهارات قوية في الإدارة المالية والرقمية.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمحاسبة الإدارية والمالية، التخطيط والتحليل المالي.
- خبرة في الأسواق المالية، إدارة الخزانة وإدارة صرف العملات.
- معرفة عملية باستراتيجيات مالية أفضل في بيئة تجارية و/أو خيرية.
- مهارات القيادة والتغيير: خبرة في القيادة على مستوى مجلس الإدارة في منظمة كبيرة.
- الالتزام العميق برؤية ورسالة وقيم World Vision.
- القدرة على السفر المحلي والدولي بنسبة تصل إلى 25%.
