Entry-Level Civil Site Engineer | Fresh Graduates

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Civil Site Engineer to assist in site investigations and supervise construction activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in civil engineering.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site investigations to gather necessary data for construction planning.
  • Manage and supervise construction workers to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards.
  • Maintain quality control over structural and finishing activities.
  • Assist in managing the site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure is a plus.


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and supervisors.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain quality control during construction processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

    غرض الوظيفة

    نحن نبحث عن مهندس موقع مدني مبتدئ متحمس للمساعدة في تحقيقات الموقع والإشراف على أنشطة البناء. هذه فرصة ممتازة للخريجين الجدد لبدء حياتهم المهنية في الهندسة المدنية.


    الأدوار والمسؤوليات

    • إجراء تحقيقات في الموقع لجمع البيانات اللازمة لتخطيط البناء.
    • إدارة والإشراف على عمال البناء للتأكد من إكمال جميع الأعمال وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة.
    • الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة في الأنشطة الهيكلية والتشطيبية.
    • المساعدة في إدارة عمليات الموقع وضمان الامتثال لقواعد السلامة والبناء.
    • معرفة البنية التحتية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.


    المهارات المطلوبة

    • فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة المدنية.
    • القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال مع الفرق والمشرفين.
    • مهتم بالتفاصيل وقادر على الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة أثناء عمليات البناء.
    • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.


    تعليم

    • - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (يتم تشجيع الخريجين الجدد على التقديم).
