About the Opportunity
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of insurance technology innovation. This is your chance to leverage your expertise to deliver transformative IT solutions within the insurance sector, focusing on affinity and travel insurance programs.
Your Role and Tasks
- Lead client discussions, including with senior stakeholders, to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and track user requirements while proposing effective solutions.
- Support project managers in managing project scope and backlogs effectively.
- Design functional workflows and prepare system specifications based on user needs.
- Review functional requirements and solutions with clients to ensure alignment across
- development, testing, and design teams.
- Optimize and upgrade systems based on client feedback after implementation.
- Implement insurance platforms with a focus on affinity and travel insurance programs.
- Assist Customer Onboarding Teams in pre-sales activities, including platform demos, workshops with prospects, and crafting responses to RfIs and RfPs.
What You Bring with You
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and their application in IT transformation projects.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Fluency in English and French/Spanish or Flemish.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance processes in the Iberia region; affinity or travel insurance experience is a plus.
Good to Have
- PMP or LOMA certification, or similar project management/business analysis credentials.
- Experience in pre-sales and client onboarding processes, including platform demos and RfI/RfP responses.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS core solution implementation.
