Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Interior Designer to join our team at Olive Green Contracting. This on-site position involves creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces by planning layouts, selecting finishes, furniture, and lighting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers while staying updated on design trends and sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Define project requirements, timelines, and schedules.
- Interpret and translate client needs into detailed design plans.
- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and products.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in space planning and interior design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop).
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects is a plus.
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
