Role Overview:
The Treasury Operations function plays a vital role in managing a company's financial resources, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for managing day-to-day banking-related operations, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end activities for the group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review invoices related to Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Track, review, and process payments on the bank portal for the group, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
- Ensure that bank reconciliations and entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in managing the internal funding requirements for the organization.
- Help the senior accountant with cash flow preparation and forecasts for all group entities monthly.
- Optimize cash utilization and manage cash reserves in alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Identify financial risks related to cash flow, exchange rates, and interest rates.
- Streamline treasury processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in system enhancements for Treasury Operations and assist with developing procedures and policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and a relevant professional qualification.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A drive for quality and accountability, from input collection to final outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities.

تعد وظيفة عمليات الخزانة أمرًا حيويًا في إدارة موارد الشركة المالية وضمان السيولة وتحسين تدفق النقد. في هذا الدور، ستكون جزءًا من الفريق المسؤول عن التعامل مع الأمور العملياتية اليومية المتعلقة بالبنك، وتسوية الحسابات البنكية، وأنشطة نهاية الشهر / نهاية السنة على مستوى المجموعة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراجعة الفواتير المتعلقة بالحسابات المستحقة الدفع لضمان الامتثال للعمليات الداخلية.
- تتبع المراجعة ومعالجة المدفوعات على بوابة البنك على مستوى المجموعة وضمان دفع الفواتير في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان إتمام التسويات البنكية وتسجيل الإدخالات في الوقت المحدد وبشكل دقيق.
- المساعدة في إدارة متطلبات التمويل الداخلي للمنظمة.
- مساعدة المحاسب الأول في إعداد التدفقات النقدية والتوقعات لجميع كيانات المجموعة على أساس شهري.
- تحسين استخدام النقد وإدارة الاحتياطيات النقدية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- الحفاظ على العلاقات مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية المتعلقة بتدفق النقد، وأسعار الصرف، وأسعار الفائدة.
- تبسيط عمليات الخزانة لتعزيز الكفاءة والدقة.
- المشاركة في تحسين الأنظمة الخاصة بعمليات الخزانة والمساعدة في تطوير الإجراءات والسياسات.
المرشح المثالي:
- درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية، ويفضل الحصول على مؤهل مهني ذي صلة.
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وخاصة Excel.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- دقة عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل وقدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- التزام بالجودة والمسؤولية، من جمع المدخلات إلى النتائج النهائية.
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات والقدرة على تحفيز الفرق لتحقيق الأولويات التشغيلية والاستراتيجية.
