Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the road construction site and all related works under the project, such as Stormwater works, etc.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and enforce adherence to construction plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage labor schedules, assign tasks, and oversee workforce performance.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts that may arise during construction in coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are used efficiently and effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a foreman in road construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في موقع بناء الطرق وجميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالمشروع، مثل أعمال تصريف مياه الأمطار، وغيرها.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمقاولين الفرعيين والعمال لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع.
- متابعة تقدم المشروع وفرض الالتزام بخطط البناء والمواصفات.
- إجراء الفحوصات المنتظمة لضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة ومعايير الجودة.
- إدارة جداول العمل وتخصيص المهام والإشراف على أداء القوة العاملة.
- حل المشكلات والنزاعات التي قد تحدث في الموقع خلال البناء بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال والمرشد لجميع المعدات والمواد.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
- دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية
- خبرة مثبتة كمشرف في مشاريع بناء الطرق أو الهندسة المدنية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات البناء والمواد ومعايير السلامة.
- مهارات قيادية واتصال ممتازة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
