Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and oversee mechanical engineering works, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle design reviews, system modifications, and ensure smooth operations at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mechanical engineering works (Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC) at construction sites.
• Oversee design reviews and site measurements.
• Develop and modify final designs for HVAC ductwork layouts.
• Design mechanical systems for commercial and residential construction projects.
• Manage teams of Technicians, Consultants, Clients, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:

نحن نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي ماهر وذو خبرة لقيادة والإشراف على أعمال الهندسة الميكانيكية، بما في ذلك أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق لمشاريع البناء المختلفة. المرشح المثالي سيتولى مراجعة التصميم وتعديلات النظام وضمان العمليات السلسة في مواقع البناء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• رخصة الهندسة المهنية (يفضل CRPEP).

مشرف كهرباء

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

• تصميم وتنفيذ جداول العمل للفريق الكهربائي.

فني تكييف وتدفئة

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
• تحليل الوثائق الفنية والرسوم البيانية.
• إجراء اختبارات وتشخيصات النظام.
• توفير دعم العملاء والمساعدة الفنية.

متطلبات:

• 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
