Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or any other related field.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or MBA.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product and performance management.

• Experience in telecom or insurance industry is a plus.

Role Impact:

Service Delivery & Operations Lead

About the Job – Job Objective:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of services delivery.

• Design new ways to optimize the quality of service and overall operations of Emerging Services function in line with strategic aspirations.

Job Specifications:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality services from receiving the request to fulfillment, with strong focus on delightful customer experience and excellence management across the value chain.

• Lead service delivery team on premise and remote locations, ensuring enablers (systems, trainings, toolkit, escalation matrix, etc.) are available to carry out tasks efficiently.

• Maintain strong relationships with multiple providers to negotiate service contracts and ensure enablers are available to deliver services in line with agreed arrangements.

• Design, track, and run analysis on KPIs against specified targets, reporting results regularly to higher management, identifying root causes of underperformance if any, and taking corrective actions as needed.

• Identify touchpoints for improvement during the process and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design policies and procedures to execute them.

رئيس عمليات وتقديم الخدمات (Service Delivery & Operations Lead)

هدف الوظيفة:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لتقديم الخدمات.

• تصميم طرق جديدة لتحسين جودة الخدمة وكفاءة العمليات العامة لقسم الخدمات الناشئة بما يتماشى مع أهداف الاستراتيجية.

المهام الوظيفية:

• الإشراف وإدارة تقديم الخدمات عالية الجودة من استلام الطلب حتى الإنجاز مع التركيز على تجربة عملاء ممتازة وإدارة التميز عبر سلسلة القيمة.

• قيادة فريق تقديم الخدمات في المواقع الميدانية وعن بُعد، وضمان توفر الأدوات والأنظمة والتدريب ومصفوفة التصعيد لأداء المهام بكفاءة.

• الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع مزودي الخدمات للتفاوض على العقود وضمان توفر أدوات دعم تنفيذ الخدمات وفق الترتيبات المتفق عليها.

• تصميم ومتابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) مقابل الأهداف المحددة، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة العليا، وتحديد أسباب ضعف الأداء واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.

• تحديد نقاط التحسين خلال العملية والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لتصميم السياسات والإجراءات لتنفيذها.
