B1/B2 Line Maintenance Engineer (Relocation to Malta)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks on customer aircraft per contracted services and expectations.
• Certify tasks within the scope of held authorizations, including a CRS in the aircraft technical logbook.
• Conduct aircraft maintenance and related activities in accordance with approved data and company MOE procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance is properly certified to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise and manage daily aircraft maintenance operations.
• Provide technical assistance and coordination for maintenance activities.
• Temporarily support line stations within the company network.
• Promote a safe working environment conducive to effective maintenance practices.
• Ensure maintenance facilities and resources are appropriate for planned tasks.
• Verify availability of personnel, tools, equipment, and materials for task execution.

• Report deficiencies to the Accountable Manager concerning resources or facilities.
• Notify customers about unforeseen issues and coordinate solutions.
• Monitor storage facilities and segregation of aircraft components or parts.
• Oversee defect rectification or deferral as per customer procedures.
• Securely maintain records of maintenance performed on customer aircraft.
• Manage AOG events for customer aircraft.
• Conduct aircraft towing and related driving assistance.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid B1/B2 EASA Part-66 license.
• Previous towing experience (preferred).
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Type rating on at least one of the following: A320 CEO & NEO, B737 CL & NG, A330, B777.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to lead and achieve goals.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Benefits:

• Annual €6,500 shift allowance.
• Annual €1,500 night allowance.

Schedule:

• Rotational schedule: 2 days in, 2 nights in, followed by 4 days off.
