المؤهلين لهذه الوظيفة:
- فقط الذكور مؤهلين لهذه الوظيفة.
- يفضل المتقدمين من الجنسية الهندية أو السريلانكية.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- الرد على المكالمات الواردة من العملاء بطريقة مهنية وودية.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول المنتجات والخدمات والسياسات الخاصة بالشركة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء، ومخاوفهم، وشكاويهم بطريقة تعاطفية وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
- معالجة الطلبات، تتبع عمليات التسليم، والرد على استفسارات الفواتير.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة للتفاعلات والمعاملات مع العملاء.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
