Position Objective

The goal of this role is to achieve company objectives by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff. Additionally, the position will ensure that the team has the necessary skills and support to maximize sales. It also includes implementing operating procedures at the store according to company and brand standards and promoting the company’s Loyalty Program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
- Brief and guide the staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Apply creative techniques to exceed the store sales target.
Staff Management & Development:
- Manage the daily roster, staff leave, and resolve any grievances.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Product Knowledge & Stock Management:
- Stay updated on new products, trends, and fashion directives to anticipate customer needs.
- Ensure required stock levels are maintained to maximize sales and prevent stock loss.
- Manage the stockroom and ensure minimal stock loss.
Store Operations & Procedures:
- Implement operating procedures in the store and ensure adherence to brand and company policies.
- Perform weekly audits of the store administration and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Service & Brand Promotion:
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times, adhering to set VM guidelines.
- Promote the company’s Loyalty Program for repeat sales and customer retention.
- Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding staff and products.
Security & Awareness:
- Ensure awareness of store security at all times, taking necessary actions to avoid negligence.
- Be knowledgeable about various brands within the group to effectively perform suggestive selling.
Physical & Operational Readiness:
- Be physically fit to stand for extended hours and assist with heavy lifting as required.
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end store operations.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات:
- إرشاد الموظفين لتحقيق الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية للمبيعات.
- استخدام تقنيات إبداعية لتحقيق أو تجاوز هدف مبيعات المتجر.
إدارة الموظفين وتطويرهم:
- إدارة الجدول اليومي للموظفين، وإجازاتهم، وحل أي شكاوى.
- تقديم الدعم المستمر والتعليقات للموظفين لتحسين مهاراتهم وأدائهم.
معرفة المنتجات وإدارة المخزون:
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث المنتجات والاتجاهات والتوجيهات الخاصة بالموضة للاستجابة لاحتياجات العملاء.
- التأكد من الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون اللازمة لتعظيم المبيعات ومنع فقدان المخزون.
- إدارة المخزن وضمان تقليل فقدان المخزون إلى الحد الأدنى.
إجراءات المتجر والعمليات:
- تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل في المتجر وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والعلامة التجارية.
- إجراء تدقيق أسبوعي لإدارة المتجر وحل أي اختلافات.
خدمة العملاء وتعزيز العلامة التجارية:
- الحفاظ على معايير التزيين البصري في المتجر وفقًا للإرشادات المحددة.
- تعزيز برنامج ولاء الشركة لزيادة المبيعات المتكررة والاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
- تقديم ملاحظات إلى مدير المنطقة ومدير العمليات بشأن الموظفين والمنتجات.
الأمن والوعي:
- ضمان اليقظة المستمرة في المتجر والقيام بالإجراءات اللازمة لتجنب الإهمال.
- يجب أن يكون الموظف على دراية بعلامات تجارية مختلفة داخل المجموعة لتنفيذ البيع الاستشاري بفعالية.
الاستعداد البدني والعمليات:
- يجب أن يكون الموظف في حالة بدنية جيدة للوقوف لساعات طويلة والمساعدة في رفع الأوزان الثقيلة عند الحاجة.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن عمليات المتجر من البداية إلى النهاية.
