We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Dishwasher cum Cleaner to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant and bakery.
Responsibilities
Dishwashing:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all items are cleaned and stored properly.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment.
Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Empty and clean trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
Support:
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
- Ensure clean dishes and utensils are always available for use.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Safety and Hygiene:
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning products.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a hot and humid environment.
- Ability to handle and work with cleaning chemicals.

المسؤوليات

- التأكد من تنظيف جميع العناصر وتخزينها بشكل صحيح بعد الغسل.
- تشغيل وصيانة آلات وأجهزة غسيل الصحون.
التنظيف:
- تنظيف وتعقيم أسطح المطبخ، الأرضيات، والجدران.
- الحفاظ على النظافة في مناطق الطعام، بما في ذلك الطاولات والكراسي والأرضيات.
- تفريغ وتنظيف سلال القمامة وضمان التخلص السليم من النفايات.
الدعم:
- مساعدة موظفي المطبخ في مهام تحضير الطعام الأساسية حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من توفر الصحون والأدوات النظيفة للمطبخ ومناطق الطعام.
- الإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات صيانة أو إصلاحات إلى المشرف.
السلامة والنظافة:
- الالتزام بجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة.
- التأكد من الاستخدام الآمن والتخزين السليم لمنتجات التنظيف.
- الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الطعام والنظافة.
المؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه مفضلة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
- دقة في التفاصيل والنظافة.
- القدرة على الوقوف، الانحناء، ورفع الأشياء لفترات طويلة.
- مهارات تواصل والعمل الجماعي الجيدة.
ظروف العمل
- ساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك المساء، عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والعطلات.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة حارة ورطبة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع واستخدام المواد الكيميائية للتنظيف.
