Finance & Operations Executive (Fresh Graduate/Jr. Professional)
About the job
We are looking for a Finance and Operations Executive who will be responsible for the administration of business support functions i.e., operations and finance. The Finance and Operations Executive will analyze and develop insightful reporting on key operational drivers of our business.
Responsibilities
- Processing company invoicing and expenses
- Administering payroll
- Interfacing with the external accountant to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Following up with clients on payment matters, ensuring prompt and accurate processing while maintaining positive client relationships
- Fostering good working relationships with vendors and service providers
- Drafting policies and procedures related to finance and operations functions
The Finance and Operations Executive will be someone who can work with limited supervision and who keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Finance and Operations Executive must be a proactive team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside the original scope of responsibilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
We seek a motivated, efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and characteristics:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any relevant field
- Fluency in both English & Arabic
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High problem-solving and analytical skills

نحن نبحث عن مسؤول الشؤون المالية والعمليات الذي سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وظائف الدعم التجاري مثل العمليات والمالية. سيقوم مسؤول الشؤون المالية والعمليات بتحليل وتطوير تقارير دقيقة حول العوامل التشغيلية الرئيسية لأعمالنا.
المسؤوليات
- معالجة الفواتير والمصاريف الخاصة بالشركة
- إدارة الرواتب
- التنسيق مع المحاسب الخارجي لضمان الامتثال للمبادئ والمعايير المحاسبية
- متابعة الأمور المتعلقة بالمدفوعات مع العملاء، وضمان المعالجة السريعة والدقيقة مع الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء
- تعزيز العلاقات الجيدة مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات
- صياغة السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بوظائف المالية والعمليات
سيكون مسؤول الشؤون المالية والعمليات شخصًا يمكنه العمل دون إشراف كبير ويواكب اتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات. يجب أن يكون مسؤول الشؤون المالية والعمليات عضوًا نشطًا في الفريق وجاهزًا للمساعدة في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات، حتى تلك التي تتجاوز نطاق المسؤوليات الأصلية.

- الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة

- مهارات متعددة المهام الاستثنائية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية ممتازة
- الالتزام بالحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية تحت الضغط
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل العالية
