About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to support our global recruitment efforts as a part of the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your contributions will help us attract top talent and foster a culture of excellence. You'll partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure that we continue building a world-class recruiting process.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for business and technology roles at all levels, from interns to c-suite positions.
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both new and existing markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the broader talent acquisition team.
- Diversity Initiatives: Proactively build diverse candidate pools using all available talent channels.
- Web3 Knowledge: Leverage and expand your expertise in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in projects that enhance the talent acquisition process across the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house environment, with a focus on both technical and non-technical Web3-related positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Web3 industry.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates while maintaining a first-class candidate experience.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with internal recruitment tools and ATS platforms like Lever and Notion.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.

- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة: ضمان تجربة عالية الجودة للمرشحين، ومديري التوظيف، وفريق اكتساب المواهب.
- مبادرات التنوع: بناء قوائم مرشحين متنوعة باستخدام جميع قنوات المواهب المتاحة.
- معرفة Web3: الاستفادة من خبرتك في نظام Web3 وتوسيعها.
- المشاريع متعددة الوظائف: المشاركة في مشاريع تهدف إلى تحسين عملية اكتساب المواهب عبر الشركة.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- الخبرة: 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في التوظيف داخل بيئة عمل، مع التركيز على المناصب التقنية وغير التقنية ذات الصلة بـWeb3.
- معرفة الصناعة: فهم عميق لصناعة Web3.
- مهارات التوظيف: القدرة على استقطاب المرشحين وتقييمهم وتوظيفهم مع الحفاظ على تجربة مرشح ممتازة.
- إتقان الأدوات: خبرة في استخدام أدوات التوظيف الداخلية ومنصات ATS مثل Lever وNotion.
