The Resident Engineer will be responsible for cross-functional coordination on the project, ensuring on-site delivery of time, cost, quality, and health and safety performance. This role involves close coordination with the site engineer and other team members for the smooth completion of the project. Additionally, the Resident Engineer will address client queries, review and approve reports for submission, and compile and review client submittals. Monitoring work executed on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations is essential.
Conditions
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or from a recognized institution.
- Experience in the hotel industry.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- COEPP Registered.
- 12 to 15 years of experience.

The BIM Modeler will provide drafting and modeling support to project teams, including CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and design support. Responsibilities include creating Revit families and CAD blocks. The BIM Modeler must possess the necessary working knowledge of project guidelines, processes, and techniques to successfully execute BIM projects while meeting time, resources, and budget objectives.
