Vacant Positions:

   DP World - Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) - Bahrain

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Book of Business (BOB) ensuring constant growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
• Ensure constant growth in the composition of BCO, with a balance between new client acquisition ("Hunting") and maintaining existing clients ("Farming").
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research in the local market.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations to customize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) around client needs.
• Assist BOB clients with day-to-day requests related to export/import quotations and negotiations to ensure successful opportunity closure.
• Collaborate with the internal network and external partner agents to provide the best possible service assistance.
• Use the CRM system to manage the personal pipeline and record activities for the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
• Stay updated on local regulations, industry developments, new practices, and any enhancements.

Experience

• Proven track record in the sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.

Skills

• Freight Forwarding: Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
• Sales Skills: Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow, and close business opportunities with support from product and operations teams.
• Agility: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
• Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Communication: Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, and vendors.
• Languages: Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Driving License: A valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة كتاب الأعمال (BOB) لضمان النمو المستمر في الحجم والإيرادات والهامش.
• ضمان النمو المستمر في تكوين BCO، مع التوازن بين اكتساب العملاء الجدد ("الصيد") والحفاظ على العملاء الحاليين ("الزراعة").
• إجراء تحليل السوق وأبحاث المنافسة في السوق المحلي.
• التنسيق مع عمليات الفرع لتخصيص إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) حول احتياجات العميل.
• مساعدة عملاء BOB في الطلبات اليومية المتعلقة بعروض التصدير/الاستيراد والمفاوضات لضمان إغلاق الفرصة بنجاح.
• التعاون مع الشبكة الداخلية ووكلاء الشركاء الخارجيين لتقديم أفضل مساعدة خدمة ممكنة.
• استخدم نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء لإدارة خط الأنابيب الشخصي وتسجيل الأنشطة الخاصة بمخطط حوافز المبيعات الميدانية.
• ابق على اطلاع باللوائح المحلية وتطورات الصناعة والممارسات الجديدة وأي تحسينات.

خبرة

• سجل حافل في مجال المبيعات، مع ما لا يقل عن 3 سنوات من الخبرة الحديثة والمتعلقة بالمبيعات في مجال الشحن.
• خبرة في مجال الشحن إلزامية.

مهارات

• شحن البضائع : معرفة عملية قوية ومثبتة في مجال شحن البضائع.
• مهارات المبيعات : القدرة على البحث وتحديد الفرص التجارية ومعالجتها وتنميتها وإغلاقها بدعم من فرق المنتجات والعمليات.
• المرونة : القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام المتعددة لتلبية المواعيد النهائية المختلفة.
• المهارات الحاسوبية : كفاءة متوسطة في استخدام برامج MS Office (Outlook، Word، Excel، و PowerPoint).
• التواصل : مهارات شفهية وكتابية وشخصية فعّالة. القدرة على التواصل مع العملاء وشركات النقل وشركات الشحن الأخرى والبائعين.
• اللغات : مطلوب مهارات التحدث والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر مكافأة.
• رخصة القيادة : رخصة قيادة بحرينية صالحة إلزامية.
