We are urgently looking for a male service crew to join immediately in our fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work in shifts and comfortable with a variety of tasks. If you enjoy serving customers and preparing food, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary
As a service crew member, your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and managing transactions on the cash register.

Conditions

Main Duties:

  • Take customer orders and provide information on menu items while upselling when possible.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and specifications.
  • Handle cash registers and process payments.
  • Clean the restaurant and surrounding areas, including mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen inventory.
  • Take phone orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Operate large cooking equipment like grills, fryers, and griddles.
  • Keep the workspace clean and stocked with supplies (plates, utensils, napkins, etc.).
  • Participate in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of brand promotions.

Salary: 190 BHD without accommodation.
Job Type: Full-time.

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

الشروط

المهام الرئيسية:

  • تلقي طلبات العملاء وتقديم المعلومات الدقيقة حول عناصر القائمة مع محاولة زيادة المبيعات عند الإمكان.
  • تحضير الطعام وفقًا للوصفات والمواصفات المحددة.
  • التعامل مع صندوق النقد ومعالجة المدفوعات.
  • تنظيف المطعم والمناطق المحيطة، بما في ذلك كنس ومسح الأرضيات وتنظيف الحمامات.
  • تحضير المكونات والحفاظ على مخزون المطبخ.
  • تلقي طلبات الطعام عبر الهاتف وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في أماكن العمل.
  • تشغيل معدات الطهي الكبيرة مثل المشاوي والقلايات.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة العمل نظيفة ومجهزة باللوازم (أطباق، أدوات مائدة، مناديل، إلخ).
  • المشاركة في الأنشطة التدريبية لتحسين مهارات الخدمة والمعرفة بالمنتجات والعروض الترويجية.

الراتب: 190 دينار بحريني بدون سكن.
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل.

القدرة على التنقل/الانتقال:

  • المنامة: التنقل بشكل موثوق أو التخطيط للانتقال قبل بدء العمل (مطلوب).
