Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee water sports activities and events.
- Ensure facility maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to participants.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance the overall experience for users.
Qualifications:
- Experience in water sports management and event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications in water sports instruction or lifeguarding are a plus.
- Previous experience in facility management is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with management software such as Zoho, ClickUp, Asana, etc.
