Job Description:
We are looking for a well-skilled and responsible IT Project Manager to oversee and manage our information technology projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate resources and timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve IT staff results by setting job expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating performance.
- Communicate job expectations; coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to ensure a safe and secure work environment and foster personal growth.
- Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Direct technological research by aligning with organizational goals and user projects.
- Coordinate resources and timetables with user departments and the data center to complete projects successfully.
- Conduct system audits of implemented technologies to verify results.
- Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures, along with information security and control structures.
- Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes and identifying potential issues.
- Forecast financial needs, prepare annual budgets, and schedule expenditures, ensuring corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in web and app development.
- Proven expertise in project management and IT leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحقيق نتائج الموظفين في تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال تحديد توقعات الوظائف، التخطيط، المراقبة، وتقييم الأداء.
- التواصل بشأن توقعات الوظائف؛ التدريب، الإرشاد، وتأديب الموظفين.
- توظيف، اختيار، تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وتعزيز النمو الشخصي.
- تحديد، تقديم ودعم الخطط الاستراتيجية لتنفيذ تقنيات المعلومات.

- تنسيق الموارد والجداول الزمنية مع الأقسام والمركز البيانات لإتمام المشاريع بنجاح.
- إجراء تدقيقات النظام للتقنيات المنفذة للتحقق من النتائج.
- تنفيذ إجراءات الاسترداد من الكوارث وإجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي، إلى جانب أمن المعلومات وهياكل التحكم.
- تقديم استراتيجيات، سياسات وإجراءات تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال تقييم نتائج المنظمة وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة.
- التنبؤ بالاحتياجات المالية، إعداد الميزانية السنوية، وتنظيم النفقات مع اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة من خلال وضع وتنفيذ معايير المنظمة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سنتين في تطوير المواقع والتطبيقات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- مهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات قوية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وديناميكية.
