Job Overview
As a General Helper, the Employee shall be required to perform his duties and undertake responsibilities in a professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and goods and verify that they are undamaged and of sound quality.
- Weigh and count received items.
- Assist warehouse staff in retrieving specified materials and goods from storage as per delivery or shipping orders.
- Prepare materials and goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly.
- Move all outgoing materials and goods to the delivery area.
- Ensure that all materials and goods are properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials and goods.
- Utilize warehouse lift equipment to load and unload materials and goods as well as move, lift, or stack materials and goods as needed.
- Organize warehouse materials and goods and stack them on shelves and racks in accordance with company guidelines.
- Perform all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
- Responsible for materials and goods loading and unloading.
- Forklift operation.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience working as a warehouse helper.
- Sound knowledge of standard warehouse practices.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Forklift operation experience.

- وزن وحساب العناصر المستلمة.
- مساعدة موظفي المستودع في استرداد المواد والبضائع المحددة من التخزين وفقًا لأوامر التسليم أو الشحن.
- إعداد المواد والبضائع للتسليم أو الشحن من خلال التعبئة والتغليف ووضع العلامات المناسبة.
- نقل جميع المواد والبضائع الصادرة إلى منطقة التسليم.
- التأكد من تأمين جميع المواد والبضائع بشكل صحيح في مركبات التسليم لمنع التلف أثناء النقل.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المواد والبضائع الواردة والصادرة.
- استخدام معدات رفع المستودعات لتحميل وتفريغ المواد والبضائع، وكذلك لتحريك أو رفع أو تخزين المواد والبضائع حسب الحاجة.
- تنظيم المواد والبضائع في المستودع وتخزينها على الأرفف والرفوف وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة.
- أداء جميع الواجبات اللازمة للحفاظ على نظافة المستودع، بما في ذلك الكنس، والمسح، والتخلص من الغبار حسب الحاجة.
- مسؤول عن تحميل وتفريغ المواد والبضائع.
- تشغيل رافعة الشوكة.
المتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل كمساعد مستودع.
- معرفة جيدة بممارسات المستودع القياسية.
- صحة بدنية جيدة وقدرة على التحمل.
- خبرة في تشغيل رافعة الشوكة.
