Job Advertisement: Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team in

Bahrain. This role is vital to supporting our external customers and internal operational personnel in analyzing technical inquiries related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product improvement for critical rotating equipment. You will be a single point of contact for assigned product lines and responsible for developing solutions to technical issues.

Overview & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a global services technical focal point for internal and external customers.
• Perform independent investigations, projects, and decision-making related to field problems.
• Participate in and lead
  Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) projects.
• Provide field service and support for major projects and overhauls.
• Execute product and service warranties, managing customer satisfaction within financial constraints.
• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot and investigate equipment issues.
• Collaborate with various departments for effective problem-solving of field issues.
• Liaise with engineering departments on manufacturing, assembly, material quality, testing, repair, and performance issues.
• Assist in product development and improvement from a service standpoint.
• Provide technical support for sales and project execution when required.
• Generate
  Service Engineering Bulletins and
  Technical Service Letters.
• Participate in team development and technical training activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in engineering with experience in
  field service and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of
  rotating equipment and
  root cause analysis preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.

مهندس خدمة فنية ماهر للانضمام إلى فريقنا في

البحرين. هذه الوظيفة حيوية لدعم عملائنا الخارجيين وفريق العمليات الداخلي في تحليل الاستفسارات الفنية المتعلقة بتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وتحسين المنتجات. ستكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لخطوط المنتجات المخصصة ومسؤولاً عن تطوير الحلول للمشكلات الفنية.

المهام الوظيفية:

• خدمة العملاء العالميين وتقديم الدعم الفني الداخلي والخارجي.

  تحليل أسباب الفشل الجذرية (RCFA).

• تنفيذ الضمانات الفنية للمنتجات والخدمات وإدارة رضا العملاء ضمن القيود المالية.
• زيارة مواقع العملاء لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعدات.
• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لحل المشكلات الميدانية بفعالية.
• الاتصال بالأقسام الهندسية لتحليل المواصفات والتصنيع والجودة والإصلاح.
• المساهمة في تطوير المنتجات وتحسينها من منظور الخدمة.
• تقديم الدعم الفني للمبيعات وتنفيذ المشاريع عند الحاجة.
• إعداد
  نشرات الخدمة الهندسية و
  خطابات الخدمة الفنية.
• المشاركة في تطوير أداء فريق الخدمة الفني.

المتطلبات:

• خلفية تقنية قوية في مجال الهندسة مع خبرة في
  الخدمة الميدانية وحل المشكلات.
• معرفة بالمعدات الدوارة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية مفضل.
• مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
• خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف بما في ذلك المبيعات والهندسة ودعم العملاء.
• القدرة على السفر لمواقع العملاء حسب الحاجة.
