THE OPPORTUNITY Our Project Management business is looking for an Associate Director to join the team! In this role you will be responsible for supervising the property management team responsible for all functional operational and financial activities of a large growing portfolio of properties (Commercial, Retail and Residential).
What you'll do:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property management services.Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Assist in the recruiting and hiring of new employees.Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines.
