Delmon Precast has a vacancy for a Precast Production / Operations Manager
Based in Bahrain, one of the more relaxed G.C.C. States, this is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day production, and related operations, at one of the most professional and well-established precast companies operating in the Middle East today. This European managed company with over 30 years of precast production experience, offers an extensive product range which includes architectural cladding, structural elements for precast framed buildings and civils work projects, prestressed bridge beams and hollowcore slabs, precast boundary walls, pressed products, landscaping products and an extensive range of GRC elements.
Managing a skilled and diverse workforce of 300+, the role involves full responsibility for all aspects of precast concrete production and site-related coordination. The role will involve constant professional and technical communication with contractors, clients, consultants and suppliers. A broad knowledge of precast production and precast production facilities is essential. This would include a requirement for practical and technical experience in precast mould design, standard and coloured concrete mix design and finishes, and steel reinforcement detail.
