ISP Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage and optimize Internet Gateway and ISP infrastructure (Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cache/CDN)
-
Oversee BGP peering with Tier-1/Tier-2 providers and ensure best practices in MPLS/IP transit
-
Design and maintain high- and low-level network documentation
-
Implement network automation using Python and Ansible
-
Monitor performance, capacity, and security compliance across all ISP network elements
-
Drive technology upgrades, POCs, and new service implementations
-
Ensure network operations meet all SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-
Mandatory experience in International Gateway, ISP, and Internet Exchange operations
-
Professional certification: Juniper CCIE/JNCIE (required)
-
2-6 years of experience in ISP or telecom network operations
-
Strong expertise in BGP, MPLS, CDN, and network security
-
Hands-on experience with network automation (Python, Ansible)
-
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CDN platforms (Akamai, Cloudflare, Meta)
Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Present products/services effectively to clients and partners

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
Job Requirements:

مهندس بوابة الإنترنت (ISP Engineer)

إدارة وتحسين عمليات بوابة الإنترنت الدولية.
-
ضمان استقرار وأداء وأمن البنية التحتية الأساسية للإنترنت، بما في ذلك أجهزة التوجيه، موزعات التحميل، وأنظمة CDN.
-
إدارة وتحسين البنية التحتية للإنترنت وISP (Routers، Firewalls، Load Balancers، Cache/CDN).
-
الإشراف على BGP Peering مع مزودي Tier-1/Tier-2 وضمان أفضل الممارسات في MPLS/IP Transit.
-
تصميم وصيانة الوثائق الشبكية على المستويين العالي والمنخفض.
-
تنفيذ أتمتة الشبكات باستخدام Python وAnsible.
-
مراقبة الأداء والسعة والالتزام بمعايير الأمن عبر جميع عناصر شبكة ISP.
-
قيادة ترقيات التكنولوجيا، واختبارات Proof of Concept، وتنفيذ الخدمات الجديدة.
-
التأكد من أن عمليات الشبكة تفي بجميع SLA وKPI ومعايير الأمن.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة إلزامية في بوابة الإنترنت الدولية، ISP، وInternet Exchange.
-
شهادة مهنية: Juniper CCIE/JNCIE (مطلوبة).
-
خبرة من 2 إلى 6 سنوات في عمليات شبكات ISP أو الاتصالات.
-
خبرة قوية في BGP، MPLS، CDN، وأمن الشبكات.
-
خبرة عملية في أتمتة الشبكات (Python وAnsible).
-
معرفة بالشبكات السحابية (AWS، Azure، GCP) ومنصات CDN (Akamai، Cloudflare، Meta).
