- معرفة تقنية قوية في عمليات تصنيع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية فرق مثبتة
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية وقوائم المواد وتعليمات العمل
- خبرة في تخطيط الإنتاج وجدولته والتحكم فيه
- الإلمام بالصيانة الوقائية واستخدام الآلات
