About the Role:

Support the implementation of HSE standards, policies, and procedures.

Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company and customer HSE requirements, as well as applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal HSE policies, procedures, and standards.

Conduct incident/accident investigations and report outcomes with corrective/preventive actions.

About the Role:

Lead casthouse projects in aluminum plants across GCC from early engagement to execution.

Provide technical expertise in aluminum casting processes (melting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting).
Key Responsibilities:

Support business development and regional strategy for casthouse solutions.
-
Maintain strong client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
-
Conduct site visits, audits, and technical meetings to assess needs and troubleshoot processes.
-
Prepare technical proposals, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams for project alignment.

Advise on CAPEX, modernization projects, and process improvements.

دعم مبادرات تطوير الأعمال وتوسيع نطاق الخدمات بما يتماشى مع الاستراتيجية الإقليمية.

الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

المشاركة في زيارات المواقع، التدقيقات، والاجتماعات الفنية لتقييم احتياجات العملاء وحل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.

تقديم الخبرة التقنية والعملية في صب الألمنيوم (الصهر، السبك، إزالة الغازات، الترشيح، الصب).

التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لإعداد العروض الفنية، دراسات الجدوى، وتحليل العائد على الاستثمار.
