Required Marketing and Social Media Specialist (Bahraini National)

Job Responsibilities: -
Create and maintain a cohesive branding standard for the company, including visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the company's products/services, including strategies for digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with the company's brand
Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and create engaging content to increase followers and interactions
Monitor social media analytics and adjust content/strategy as needed to maximize engagement and reach
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity
Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth
Required Skills and Experience: -
3-5 years of experience in a marketing and/or social media management role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective digital marketing and social media strategies
Proficient in content creation, graphic design, and using marketing/social media tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop compelling marketing materials
Analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Preference for candidates with Bahraini nationality
