About the job
Job Purpose:
The position is required to be a critical resource for the country and responsible for providing overall direction to Operations and Branch Services across three broad pillars of process management, controls and expense management.
The operational responsibilities cover the operational and services aspects of the Retail Branch, Wholesale Branch – OBU (Conventional br.) and Wholesale Branch (Islamic br).
Core operational responsibilities include :
Accurate and timely transaction processing
Building , measuring and monitoring MIS for operational activities and exceptions
Coordination with Business and ensure Customer Experience is exceeded as measured by minimal complaints and service issue
Support all relevant business initiatives
Be the single point of contact from Operations for all regulatory systems changes / upgrades and all governance matters related to MGN network from MB Bahrain side.
Annual budgets / plans are tracked and adhered to.
Ensuring the control environment is robust – evidenced by satisfactory audit outcomes (including regulatory inspections and audits) and zero Operational Loss events
Develop, implement and sustain an employee engagement model ensuring high employee satisfaction scores, diversity and ensuring adequate and functional back-ups available for all operations team staff , whilst implementing a functional training and cross -training program.
