About the job
Floor Manager for our soon to open Fine Dining Greek Restaurant located in the heart of Bahrain:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team;
- Supervise and train waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and other front-of-house personnel;
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or feedback;
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimize table turnover;
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards;
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and quality presentation;
- Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies to enhance revenue;
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems effectively;
- Resolve conflicts or issues among staff or guests professionally and diplomatically;
