The mission is to scout and elevate emerging DJs and musical talents, propelling them onto the global stage. With committed to innovation in the vibrant intersection of music and entertainment, with a particular focus on the MENA region.
Role Overview:
As our Managing Director for this new venture, you will spearhead our efforts to identify, develop, and promote high-potential music artists, particularly DJs, into the global arena. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on promotional activities. You will work closely with artists to understand their vision and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance their visibility and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to scout and promote emerging DJs and music artists.
Establish and maintain relationships with artists, venues, media, and other industry stakeholders.
Coordinate promotional activities, including digital marketing campaigns, event planning, and public appearances.
Analyse market trends and opportunities in the US, MENA and other locations.
Collaborate with our teams across different sectors to integrate music initiatives with broader corporate strategies.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
Create annual operational budgets and financial forecasts for the music promotion division.
Advise on growing a team to enhance the division's operations and reach.
