Compensation Benefits Specialist
About the job
We are looking for Compensation & Benefit Specialist who will designs, implements and manages compensation programs, analyzes data to ensure competitiveness and compliance, and supports total rewards initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Job responsibilities:
Collaborating with Compensation and Benefits Leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Designing and implementing competitive salary structures, salary benchmarking against competitors, pay scales, and incentive plans tailored to various roles and job families.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of total rewards programs. This includes managing salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of compensation related data.
Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive total reward programs, including but not limited to employee recognition, medical insurance, and other initiatives, to foster a culture of achievement and strategically align with the company's goals.
Conducts job evaluations and analysis to determine the appropriate compensation levels for different roles within the organization. Review job descriptions, responsibilities, and qualifications to assess the relative worth of positions and ensure internal equity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather budget needs, analyze market data, salary trends, and organizational goals to create the annual compensation and benefits budget. Prepare annual HR budget transactions, review and compare P&L statements, and CAPEX/OPEX transactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
