About the job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented App Operations Specialist to join our team. As an App Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our mobile application.
Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting and verifying content data related to the supplier side, parent side, and platform side of the product, such as supplier information, course information, and parent information.
Assist the technical team in using company data to handle localized business processes such as application store, payment channels, cloud resources, and site qualifications, and help the technical team complete non-technical procedures for product launch and release.
Familiarize yourself with and understand the basic operation models of B2C and C2C online marketplaces, have a basic understanding of the operation mechanisms of marketplace platforms, and be able to validate scenarios based on products developed by the technical team in accordance with the business demands.
Collect and provide requirements for user data privacy protection and policy regulation for local marketplace platforms, and assist in achieving localized compliance for product release and operation.
After the system is launched, analyze website operations based on user activity data such as PV, UV, DAU, MAU, GMV, etc. (Candidates with this capability are preferred, and this capability will only be effective after the platform is officially operational).
