Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and enforcement of grooming policies that maintain a professional and unified corporate image
Conduct regular checks to ensure employees comply with grooming and uniform standards
Assist in planning and delivering grooming workshops and refresher courses in coordination with relevant departments
Review and recommend updates to grooming guidelines in line with industry trends and operational needs
Offer guidance to employees on grooming matters, addressing concerns and escalating issues to supervisors as necessary

Qualifications

Strong understanding of corporate image, grooming standards, and brand representation
Experience in employee relations, customer service, or uniform/grooming policy oversight is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, with the ability to uphold consistency and high standards
Ability to lead workshops and training initiatives confidently

المساعدة في التخطيط وتقديم ورش عمل العناية الشخصية ودورات تنشيطية بالتنسيق مع الإدارات ذات الصلة.
مراجعة وتوصية التحديثات على إرشادات العناية الشخصية بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات الصناعة والاحتياجات التشغيلية.
تقديم التوجيه للموظفين بشأن مسائل العناية الشخصية، ومعالجة المخاوف وتصعيد المشكلات إلى المشرفين حسب الضرورة.

المؤهلات

فهم قوي لصورة الشركة ومعايير العناية الشخصية وتمثيل العلامة التجارية.
الخبرة في علاقات الموظفين أو خدمة العملاء أو الإشراف على سياسة الزي الرسمي/العناية الشخصية هي ميزة.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي
. الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، مع القدرة على الحفاظ على الاتساق والمعايير العالية.
