Production Area Supervisor Role – In Bahrain 

About the Company
We are expanding with a new facility in Bahrain and are looking for driven professionals to help us lead the way. With a strong global presence in power generation, we focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality at every level of production.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in a designated production area, ensuring processes run smoothly and meet safety and quality standards
Direct operators and technicians on correct tools, assembly practices, and compliance with product specifications
Ensure product quality through proactive monitoring and immediate resolution of technical issues
Coach and train production staff, enhancing both technical competence and overall team performance

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production environment, preferably in the power generation industry
Deep technical understanding of Pramac’s product portfolio
Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for detail
Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams in a high-performance setting

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في منطقة الإنتاج المحددة، وضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وتلبية معايير السلامة والجودة.
توجيه المشغلين والفنيين بشأن الأدوات الصحيحة وممارسات التجميع والامتثال لمواصفات المنتج.
ضمان جودة المنتج من خلال المراقبة الاستباقية والحل الفوري للقضايا الفنية.
تدريب وتدريب موظفي الإنتاج، وتعزيز الكفاءة الفنية والأداء العام للفريق.

المؤهلات والخبرة

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة الإنتاج، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة توليد الطاقة.
فهم تقني عميق لمحفظة منتجات براماك.
أسلوب قيادة عملي مع شعور قوي بالملكية ونظرة ثاقبة للتفاصيل.
قدرة مثبتة على توجيه وتحفيز الفرق في بيئة عالية الأداء.
