Senior Public Relations Manager (MENA)
- Develop and implement action plans for Yango ride-hailing service including evaluation of PR campaigns effectiveness and business results;
- Build internal processes engaging different teams (GR, marketing, business, etc) of the company to achieve PR goals;
- Issue management in the market;
- Work with the local media and prepare different communication formats - from comments for the media to briefs for agencies and speakers for interviews;
- Involve bloggers and prominent social media figures in the promotion of Yango services;
- Management of local agencies, including SMM ones.
Main Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in PR and communication (including agency);
- Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is a must;
- Experience in Issue communications;
- High stress tolerance;
- Creativity in developing promotion formats;
- Experience in organizing offline media events;
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions and take full ownership of the results;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously delivering high-quality outcomes;
- Experience in IT-related fields is a plus.
