Polish Language Manager
- Owner of our Polish language quality across all Polish produced content at Miro
- Develop and maintain style guides, glossaries, dictionaries and other language assets as well as monitor linguistic quality and report on quality KPIs
- Review Product and other key content such as Help documentation, Marketing and Sales content all while ensuring that Miro feels local to our Polish speaking customers
- Partner and actively engage with our vendor’s linguists, partake in Polish linguist selection and find the right level of balance to enable them to provide high quality translation
- Partner with our various stakeholders such as our SEO specialists and regional teams to reach cross-functional alignment on Miro’s tone and voice across all Polish assets all while striving to understand market-specific needs and coordinate with the localization team to propose best solutions.
- Proactively provide inputs on UI, UX, and design for products launching in international markets in order to deliver the best possible user experience for our Polish speaking users
- Perform other linguistic tasks as needed and willingness to engage in proposing translation workflow optimizations
Korean Language Manager
- Previous Language Management or Language specialist experience at a SaaS company
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to our mission of enabling teams to create the next big thing
- Native fluency in Korean with excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in software localization
- 3+ years experience in a linguistic profession
- Ability to describe linguistic challenges, cultural questions, and concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to manage and prioritize ongoing jobs and deadlines while maintaining timely communication
- Experience to successfully convey our message on a local level, especially as it pertains to language nuances
- Attentive to detail, flexible, and willing to collaborate with others as well as work in a fast-paced environment
- Localization project management is a plus
- Experience using Miro is also a plus
