Required jobs in MEMA Consultancy company and their details:
Sustainability Consultant
- Responsible for ensuring the Company’s compliance with the EU Corporate Social Reporting Directive (Directive (EU) 2022/2464 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022), including the development of all relevant policies and procedures to inform the Company’s first sustainability report and all subsequent public sustainability reports;
- Responsible for the identification/obtainment/ management/ maintenance of all company permits and land rights required to operate the facilities in compliance with relevant obligations;
- Overall responsible for environmental and social monitoring in compliance with Company standards (inclusive of Green House Gas monitoring) and local requirements;
- Responsible for the Environmental, Social and Sustainability components of the HSSE-CMS;
- Responsible for ISO14001 Certification and its maintenance;
- Responsible for the development and implementation of an ISO 50001 Energy Management System for the Receiving Terminal and its Certification;
- Responsible for the management of in-house permitting/Environmental, Social & Sustainability resources and budgets;
- Responsible for the technical management and oversight of permitting/Environmental and Social contracts;
- Main interface with senior government officials and other stakeholders on permitting, Environmental, Social and Sustainability topics.
- Main interface with company’s internal departments and branches on permitting, Environmental, Social and Sustainability topics.
Requirements
- University degree in Environmental Science/Engineering;
- Higher education or professional body membership associated with sustainability.
- At least 5 years of experience in permitting, sustainability and environmental management fields on similar large scale/status natural gas facilities.
- Experience in permitting and interface with relevant authorities in Turkiye and Russia is an advantage;
- HSSE experience is an advantage;
- Experience in working in multidisciplinary international teams and interfaces;
- Experience with the management and delivery of Social Impact Assessment documentation to international financing standards on large scale gas facilities;
- Experience with the management of large scale gas facilities, in regard to Environmental, Social and Sustainability matters;
- Experience with the development and implementation of CSR policy and community investment programs of large scale gas facilities;
- Excellent knowledge of main applicable operation permitting procedures and standards;
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 14001 standard and its implementation
- ISO 9001 certificate and excellent knowledge of ISO 50001.
- Good command of English language sufficient to fulfil job tasks;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, diplomatic, ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc., education requirements, E&S tools.

- الواجهة الرئيسية مع الأقسام والفروع الداخلية للشركة فيما يتعلق بالموضوعات المتعلقة بالتصاريح والمواضيع البيئية والاجتماعية والاستدامة.
متطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في العلوم/الهندسة البيئية؛
- التعليم العالي أو عضوية الهيئات المهنية المرتبطة بالاستدامة.
- ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجالات السماح والاستدامة والإدارة البيئية في مرافق الغاز الطبيعي المماثلة واسعة النطاق/الحالة.
- تعتبر الخبرة في مجال التصاريح والتفاعل مع السلطات ذات الصلة في تركيا وروسيا ميزة؛
- تعتبر تجربة HSSE ميزة.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق وواجهات دولية متعددة التخصصات؛
- خبرة في إدارة وتقديم وثائق تقييم الأثر الاجتماعي وفقًا لمعايير التمويل الدولية على منشآت الغاز واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في إدارة مرافق الغاز واسعة النطاق، فيما يتعلق بالمسائل البيئية والاجتماعية والاستدامة.
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ سياسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات وبرامج الاستثمار المجتمعي لمنشآت الغاز واسعة النطاق.
- معرفة ممتازة بإجراءات ومعايير السماح بالعمليات الرئيسية المطبقة؛
