6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Understanding of project management principles and practices.
11. Certification or training in cost estimation, project management, or related fields is a
