Purpose
- Co-Impact is looking to partner with a firm to develop a leadership and people management program. This training is intended to create a shared understanding of the principles of leadership and effective people management and provide insights into strengthening the people management and leadership skills of our line managers.
Objective
- The overall objective is to design and deliver a virtual learning program to strengthen Co-Impact’s performance, succession planning, organizational culture, and employee engagement by enhancing leadership and management, competencies and skills. The programme shall be underpinned by respect for Co-Impact’s organizational values:
