Main Responsibilities And Duties

• Run the daily operations of C&B function. 
• Handle all employees/trainees’ requests & C&B related matters. 
• Prepare the monthly payroll processing and bank transfers for all employees and trainees. 
• Review and reconcile outsourced employees’ invoices and raise them to his/her line manager for approval. 
• Participate in the development, analysis, and review of manpower budgeting on annual and quarterly basis. 
• Propose and test the development of Oracle & other systems processes, procedures, and calculations in order to ensure that they operate efficiently and effectively. 
• Submit Tamkeen (Labor Fund) applications, invoices and follow up Tamkeen reimbursements and raise issues to the management once discovered.

Revenue Accounting Officer

• Ensure proper calculation for distributor’s commissions.
• Analyse all commission accounts with oracle application.
• Analyse sub-ledger of pre-paid lines & vouchers with Oracle application
• Follow up with distributor teams the outstanding amount collection.

• Follow standard procedures for distributors payment and develop them whenever is necessary
• Review original documents pertaining to commission received from other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities And Duties

• Maintain working relationship with vendors & other direct/indirect stakeholders.
• Level 2 Technical Support: Deal with problem escalation from Level 1 & build competency of Level 1 Support.
• Ensure that QoS and KPIs are maintained: Customer Service Escalation & SLA for problem resolution from NOC/SOC.
• Make sure that changes are clear, precise & well documented. 
• Coordinate with Change Management to evaluate risks of activities that may impact Core and VAS Services.
• Prepare, implement, test configuration and software changes to the GSM, LTE and 5G elements.
• Fault resolution based on trouble tickets, measurement reports and own observations.
• Analyse trace logs or signaling (diameter, ss7 - map/cap, smpp/http api, isup/sip) messages and recommend resolution of network related issues.
