Role Description

This is an international nursing job based in Bahrain for a Nurse Supervisor/ Nurse Manager who will oversee the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as manage administrative tasks and develop clinical protocols.
The Nurse Supervisor/ Nurse Manager will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
At least 5 years of nursing management/administration experience
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a must(Master's degree preferred)
A current and valid Nursing license
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of nursing and healthcare industry standards and best practice
Experience in managing a diverse group of nursing staff

هذه وظيفة تمريض دولية مقرها في البحرين لمشرف ممرض / مدير ممرض الذي سيشرف على طاقم التمريض، ويضمن رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى والامتثال للوائح الحكومية والفدرالية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة المهام الإدارية وتطوير البروتوكولات السريرية. سيعمل مشرف التمريض / مدير التمريض أيضًا بشكل وثيق مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة.

مؤهلات

المرشح المثالي لهذا المنصب سيكون لديه:
ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة / إدارة التمريض
يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
رخصة تمريض سارية وسارية
مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والقيادة وحل المشكلات
معرفة قوية بمعايير صناعة التمريض والرعاية الصحية وأفضل الممارسات
خبرة في إدارة مجموعة متنوعة من طاقم التمريض
