Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site COMLRO role located in Manama. The COMLRO role is responsible for ensuring that ARP Digital's policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices of the Central Bank of Bahrain. The COMLRO will work closely with the Board of Directors to manage the company's compliance risk and ensure that the company's digital asset management and OTC services are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree and professional certification in compliance is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a compliance role in a financial services or digital assets industry
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, including AML/KYC, CFT, and sanctions regimes
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Proven ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Quantitative Trader
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Trader. The Quantitative Trader will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with trading strategies, quantitative investing, derivative pricing, and quantitative analytics/research. The role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market making, trading strategies, and quantitative research/investing
- Experience in trading and quantitative analytics
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain technology is beneficial
