 Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Manama. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation. The Accountant will also assist with audit and tax preparation.

 Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Bookkeeping and general ledger management skills
• Ability to prepare financial statements
• Audit and tax preparation experience is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho or Odoo
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are strongly preferred
