- Based in Manama, Bahrain, working with local, regional, and international clients, we’re looking for an experienced creative designer to join our highly successful and rapidly expanding team.
- You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high quality, on brand 2D / 3D motion graphics across multiple channels.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Collaborating with the creative team, create and execute motion-based designs, for use primarily across digital and social channels.
· Take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts etc and translate them into impactful motion graphics designs.
· Create key frames for animated sequences showing motion using advanced animation techniques.
· Develop various available animation techniques to broaden skill set and deliver across a variety of projects.
· Keep abreast of the latest trends in the animation industry and apply them to your work.
· Be able to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications and Skills
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the creative industry.
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially After Effects.
· Familiarity with 2D / 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
· Ability to create 2D sketches, storyboards, style frames, artwork, or illustrations for animation.
· The ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
Salary and Benefits
· Salary Range: 650 – 800 BHD per month

المسؤوليات والواجبات
· التعاون مع الفريق الإبداعي لإنشاء وتنفيذ التصميمات القائمة على الحركة لاستخدامها بشكل أساسي عبر القنوات الرقمية والاجتماعية.
· خذ كتب العلامة التجارية. أدلة الأسلوب؛ القصص المصورة؛ البرامج النصية وما إلى ذلك وترجمتها إلى تصميمات رسومية متحركة مؤثرة.
· إنشاء إطارات رئيسية لتسلسلات الرسوم المتحركة التي تظهر الحركة باستخدام تقنيات الرسوم المتحركة المتقدمة.
· تطوير تقنيات الرسوم المتحركة المختلفة المتاحة لتوسيع مجموعة المهارات وتقديمها عبر مجموعة متنوعة من المشاريع.
· مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في صناعة الرسوم المتحركة وتطبيقها على عملك.
· أن تكون قادرًا على تحقيق التوازن بين مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد، والقيام بمهام متعددة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومحددة بالمواعيد النهائية.
والمؤهلات والمهارات
· خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال الإبداعي.
· المعرفة ببرنامج Adobe Creative Cloud Suite، وخاصة After Effects.
· الإلمام ببرامج ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد مثل Blender أو Cinema 4D.
· القدرة على إنشاء رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد أو القصص المصورة أو إطارات الأنماط أو الأعمال الفنية أو الرسوم التوضيحية للرسوم المتحركة.
· القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، شفهياً وكتابياً.
الراتب والمزايا
· نطاق الراتب: 650 – 800 دينار بحريني شهرياً
