responsibilities:
- spotting hidden gems: as an employer branding community manager, you will have the exciting task of identifying untapped opportunities to enhance employer branding experiences. your fresh perspective and creative mindset will play a crucial role in shaping engaging content across talent communities.
- crafting engaging campaigns: you'll work closely with our team to develop and execute eye-catching employer branding campaigns that resonate with our clients' target talent communities.
- supporting the talent journey: assist in creating end-to-end attraction strategies aligned with clients' business goals. From ideation, research to execution, your contributions will help elevate talent community experiences.
- data-driven insights: dive into data and gather insights to inform the development of compelling value propositions for talent communities.
