About the job

Foulath Holding is looking for a potential candidate for the role of SAP Analyst - HR & Payroll who will be reporting to Assistant Manager-SAP Applications of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of H.C.M, Payroll, Time Management and SuccessFactors modules-Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding, Career Development.
• Ensure integration of above modules with 3rd party applications to facilitate automation of data capture in SAP wherever necessary.
• Ensure standard SAP solution deployment for business requirements with emphasis to zero customizations as per management strategy for SAP solution deployment.
• Validation and testing of configuration changes undertaken and their impact on existing business processes before deployment in production client.
• Coordinate with support partner to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by business users.
• Evaluate authorization requests and ensure that accesses are provided in line with company policies and procedures.
• Identifying the authorization objects relevant for role specific restriction and coordination with basis team for implementing the same.
• Ensure integrations of of SAP and modules in SuccessFactors.
• Ensure timely update of KDS, User Manual, Config. and documentation of process changes.

Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Valid active SAP certification in SF
3. Knowledge and experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors applications
4. 3 to 6 years’ experience in SAP implementation / support environment

• تقييم طلبات الترخيص والتأكد من توفير الوصول بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
• تحديد كائنات الترخيص ذات الصلة بتقييد الدور المحدد والتنسيق مع الفريق الأساسي لتنفيذه.
• ضمان تكامل SAP والوحدات النمطية في SuccessFactors.
• تأكد من تحديث KDS ودليل المستخدم والتكوين في الوقت المناسب. وتوثيق تغييرات العملية.

المؤهلات ومتطلبات الخبرة:

1. درجة البكالوريوس
2. شهادة SAP نشطة صالحة في SF
3. المعرفة والخبرة في تطبيقات SAP HCM و SuccessFactors
4. - خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في تنفيذ / بيئة دعم SAP
