- This role is flexible on location and will involve some travel to key Randstad locations
- Join us at Randstad Enterprise and lead our expanding Global Automation CoE in creating a scalable, stable and governed approach to optimising processes and automating work.
- At an exciting time of growth across our GBS function we are looking for an experienced Automation specialist to drive strategic focus on process optimisation throughout our end to end value stream to impact both customer-facing as well as internal automation and RPA.
Key responsibilities include
- Overall responsibility for defining the automation strategy for Randstad Enterprise and leading the global CoE
- Provide expert guidance on the full range of automation platforms and stay informed on latest market trends
- Proactively set direction for automation deployment, prioritising against business need/opportunity
- Partnering with digital & procurement teams to drive effective relationships with preferred technology vendors
- Facilitation of workshops, leading stakeholder groups to achieve focused outcomes
- Responsible for the elicitation of functional, technical and non-functional requirements
- Managing cost restrictions and project deadlines
Requirements include
- Experience deploying a range of automation products to meet a client’s needs
- Significant professional experience delivering against contractual performance measures
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives
- Exemplary communication and management skills across teams and stakeholders to c-level
- Experience working in a complex matrix, across multiple geographies
- A background in the RPO / MSP or Recruitment industry is desirable

- الشراكة مع الفرق الرقمية والمشتريات لإقامة علاقات فعالة مع بائعي التكنولوجيا المفضلين
- تيسير ورش العمل وقيادة مجموعات أصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق نتائج مركزة
- مسؤول عن استنباط المتطلبات الوظيفية والتقنية وغير الوظيفية
- إدارة قيود التكلفة والمواعيد النهائية للمشروع
تشمل المتطلبات
- تجربة نشر مجموعة من منتجات الأتمتة لتلبية احتياجات العميل
- خبرة مهنية كبيرة في تقديم مقاييس الأداء التعاقدية
- خبرة في تفسير الإستراتيجية والسياسة من أجل تحديد الأهداف وتحقيقها
- مهارات اتصال وإدارة مثالية عبر الفرق وأصحاب المصلحة إلى المستوى C
- خبرة في العمل في مصفوفة معقدة عبر مناطق جغرافية متعددة
- من المستحسن أن يكون لديك خلفية في مجال RPO / MSP أو صناعة التوظيف
