Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our Lubricant Plant team in Bahrain. As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-performance lubricants while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Production Support: Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of the lubricant manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in lubricant formulations.
- Contribute to research and development projects aimed at enhancing product performance and meeting customer demands.
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS): Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
- Implement safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create a safe working environment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production processes, experiments, and test results.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a chemical engineering role, preferably in the lubricant or petrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of lubricant manufacturing processes, formulations, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.

مؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكيميائية أو المجال ذي الصلة.
- 5-8 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في دور الهندسة الكيميائية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة زيوت التشحيم أو البتروكيماويات.
- فهم قوي لعمليات تصنيع مواد التشحيم والتركيبات ومراقبة الجودة.
- ممتازة مهارات حل التحليلية ومشكلة.
