We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk , who will be responsible for performing a variety of
accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
Essential Functions:
Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and all departments.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Always conduct self in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.
Print, prepare and mail statements for outstanding C/L accounts at least twice per week.
Answer guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and
preparation of adjustments, if necessary, on a timely basis.
Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and organized records for all outstanding accounts as directed
by the Credit Manager.
Ensure all Travel Agent payments are properly reviewed/verified, audited and all Travel Agents have
valid IATA number (or equivalent) and ensure that payments are not made for non-commissionable
transactions and the Travel Agent is eligible to receive payment.
Review group and catering contracts, establish understanding of billing arrangements and follow up on
deposits and prepayments.
Assist the Income Auditor, if necessary, in reconciling the City Ledger totals.
Assist the Credit Manager in the performance of his/her other duties as requested including the following:
Obtaining credit references
Collection of outstanding accounts
Attending pre & post conference meetings with meeting planners.
Attend and record minutes at credit meetings.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance or
Credit Manager
File documents and reports.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
University degree or equivalence：
One years’ experience or internship in related position is preferred.
Being calm and patient and be of service passion.
Good oral communication skill in Arabic & English.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help

رقم IATA صالح (أو ما يعادله) والتأكد من عدم سداد المدفوعات مقابل غير قابلة للتكليف
المعاملات ووكيل السفر مؤهل لتلقي الدفع.
مراجعة عقود المجموعة والمطاعم، وفهم ترتيبات إعداد الفواتير ومتابعتها
الودائع والمدفوعات المسبقة.
مساعدة مدقق الدخل، إذا لزم الأمر، في التوفيق بين إجماليات دفتر الأستاذ في المدينة.
مساعدة مدير الائتمان في أداء واجباته الأخرى كما هو مطلوب بما في ذلك ما يلي:
الحصول على مراجع الائتمان
تحصيل الحسابات المعلقة
حضور اجتماعات ما قبل وبعد المؤتمر مع مخططي الاجتماعات.
حضور وتسجيل المحاضر في اجتماعات الائتمان.
أداء أي واجبات إضافية يكلفها بها المدير المالي أو مساعد المدير المالي أو
مدير الائتمان
وثائق الملف والتقارير.
المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه:
شهادة جامعية أو ما يعادلها:
يفضل خبرة سنة واحدة أو تدريب في منصب ذي صلة.
التحلي بالهدوء والصبر والشغف بالخدمة.
مهارات تواصل شفهية جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Word وExcel وPowerPoint
